10 Supplements To Shred The Fat This Summer


Let me preface this post by saying that none of the following supplements are ‘miracle weight loss pills’. They will only exert their full effect when combined with a solid diet and exercise program. There is no such thing as a magic diet pill that will help you lose 5kg in a day … and if there ever was, you could almost guarantee that the cost would outweigh the benefit of its long-term use.

That being said, I thought I would share with you the ingredients that comprise my personal FAT BURNING STACK. Over the years I’ve taken a range of supplements (some to a greater effect than others). Therefore, the following is just a list of the supplements that I have found to be the most effective in helping me achieve my fat-loss goals:

  • 500mg Green Tea Extract
  • 200mg Raspberry Ketones
  • 4g Conjugated Linoleic Acid (taken in capsule form across your meals)
  • 6 - 10g Fish 1Oil (taken in capsule form across your meals)
  • 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous 
  • 400mg Green Coffee Bean Extract
  • 2g Acetyl-L Carnitine (1g pre & post workout)
  • 1g Sesamin Extract (2 - 3 times daily)
  • 10 - 50mg of R Alpha Lipoic Acid
  • If on a Ketogenic Diet - 7-Keto is the safe alternative to DHEA
