Fitness Tip: Rep Range & Timing




Muscle Building Tip:
Has your progress come to a halt? Don’t forget to vary both your rep range & rep timing every 6 workouts (adjusting the weight accordingly). This will allow your body to continue making new gains in lean muscle by taking advantage of both sarcoplasmic & myofibrillar hypertrophy. It should also help to ward off the homeostasis which the body so desperately wants to maintain.
